How do we know we will be happy with our stationery? We design one-two concepts to start with, we make limitless amendments. You get to see proofs and paper, ribbon and envelope samples before going to print so you can feel confident that you will be more than happy with your stationery.
Where are you based? We are in Palmerston North, we can visit you locally with our portfolio or we can organise your stationery over the phone, through the post and through email contact throughout New Zealand and internationally.
What options do I have? We have a range of cards in gloss, matt and metallic and textured.

Design is limitless and we are constantly innovating to come up with new designs and new ways to invite guests. Using design, colours, fonts we create stationery that can be traditional, funky, vintage, classic or contemporary. All in all stationery plays a crucial part in introducing guests to your occasion so whatever your style, we can create it.

We can use round cornering, a wide range of eyelets, ribbons and many finishing effects to perfect your stationery.

Our envelope range is large and we can match your stationery to an envelope.

There is a wide range of sizes so we design your stationery to a size and style format that you like, that suits your occasion and your budget.

We can include as much information as you need to give guests by adding pages and inserts.

You only need to provide you occasion details, we are able to word it for you if you need help doing this.

If you want to include photos, just send us your high resolution originals and we can enhance them to suit if needed.

We draw your maps, just send us the address.

If you have a theme – great, we can base your design on this. If not, it’s not a problem, we’ll find out a little bit about you and your occasion and use this info to create a design.

If you have a budget, tell us and we can try to work within this.
Can you do seating plans, table place name tents, thank you cards, menus, order of service sheets etc? Yes! We even package a deal for you, just email us.
We have an idea of what we want; can you make it for us? Yes, absolutely. We can put your idea into reality just talk to us.
What occasions do you design for? Any occasion including: Weddings, parties, special occasions, birthdays, corporate events, kids parties, special announcements including new arrivals, christenings, baby showers, engagement parties, hen and stag nights, Christmas and more.
We have no idea what we want, can you help us? Yes, we will ask you a little about yourself and your occasion to create a design to match you and your occasion.
What do I do now?
We require a 50% deposit to make a booking and start work on your stationery. We’ll invoice you once you confirm that you’d like to make a booking. Bookings are essential to book your place especially in peak times.
We then design you two concepts based on you and your occasion.
We show you proofs and samples.
We make limitless amendments for you.
Once you’re happy with the proofs, we go to print.
The stationery is delivered or freighted with our final invoice.
You have 7 days to pay the final invoice.
We can print guest’s name on invites or leave a space or line where you can handprint guest’s names for a personal touch.
Do you send free samples? Not normally, but contact us if you would like to see something in particular.
We’re not sure how to word our Invitation. That’s not a problem, just send us the details of your day and we can word it for you.
Will you edit and check our stationery? Unless we've worded it for you you normally provide your content electronically either in a Word document or an email and we copy and paste. When we send you proofs, we ask you to check for spelling and grammar errors. In showing you proofs we can take no responsibility for these sorts of errors. Please take the time to check and double check your stationery. We also encourage you to show your friends and family so ask them to check for you also.
Can you do it all for me? We normally provide the stationery to you for you to organise putting invites into envelopes and postage etc. But we can do this for you, just ask us.
I’ve requested a quote or made an online enquiry on your website, but I haven’t heard back from you. We are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, we reply to online enquiries normally the same day. If you haven’t heard back from us, please feel free to give us a call it could be that our emails have been blocked by a virus protection programme.
How long does it take to create our stationery? Allow 4-6 weeks from start to finish, bookings are required to start work.
Who do you use to print your stationery? We have an in-house print studio where we do the printing and finishing to a high standard. This means we control the quality and it means a fast turn around from seeing proofs to going to print.
